Its the first time im reviewing a cordless vacuum and before that, I used a standard vacuum. Let me tell you one thing, to this day, Im using Moosoo Cordless Vacuum and totally forgot about my old one. Let’s take a look at the Moosoo XL-618A Cordless Vacuum.

Design and Features
The Moosoo XL-618A comes with a floor brush suitable for vacuuming different types of floors. If you’re a pet owner, it offers great pet hair and fur pick-up. It is also good at collecting debris. Very large debris could be picked by using the hose.
The Moosoo XL-618A comes with one brush and thanks to the stiff bristles that scour the carpet to ensure all debris is picked up.
On the front of the floor head, we have a 4 Led light that enhances visibility in every corner of the house in different lighting conditions.
The brush is easy to clean. To remove the brush, Remove the plastic fixer and then remove the brush and remove any fibers wrapped around the brush.
The vacuum’s main unit is very simple and you won’t see any fancy display. When it’s on you are able to see the battery level indicator, 3 stripes that indicate the battery levels.
The Power button is located under the grip handle. The battery and the charging port are located on the back on the unit.
The dustbin capacity is 1.2L and is located on the button on the unit.
For more thorough cleaning, you can remove the dustbin and filters by pressing the removal latch located on the bottom side of the main unit.
MOOSOO Cordless Stick vacuum uses a HEPA filtration system. This filtration system has been tested and proven to have up to a 99.99 percent success rate in capturing all types of allergens. What it does it t creates a high speed rotating airflow to remove particulates from the air.
The manufacturer advises users to replace filters every 2 to 3 months for the vacuum to maintain optimal performance.
The Moosoo XL-618A comes with a wall-mountable Docking Station that unfortunately does not charge or acts as a home base for the vacuum and props. The only thing its really for is holding your vacuum is place.
Battery charging is very simple, just plug the power cable into the charging port. When the battery is charging, a charging animation will show alongside the current battery level.
Moosoo XL-618A comes with several accessories, an alloy tube made of aluminum, a crevice nozzle, a 2-in-1 square brush, and a 2-in-1 cleaning brush.
Performance
Most of the time I have been using the floor brush as I don’t have any carpet and im using the vacuum for only floor cleaning.
The Moosoo XL-618A has 2 power modes low and high. You can select the mode you want using the Power Button. Low mode is the default and second press will go to high power mode. Manufacture states using time at low speed is around 28 min and high-speed 20min. Those numbers are very similar to the number I got.
The vacuum is very lightweight (3.3lbs.) and very quiet. Maneuvering is very easy, thanks to its lightweight design especially in tight spaces around things like furniture and end tables.
It has a max suction power of 10000PA and let’s face it, it’s not the strongest vacuum power. Most high-end vacuums have double the power but cost 4 times more. The vacuuming on hard surfaces was very good and the 10000PA power was enough. It did a great job picking dog/ cat hair from the floor. In low light conditions, the 4 LED did help and lighten places normally you won’t able to see.

My Opinion
As a first-time cordless vacuum user, im left with only positive thoughts, its lightweight, quiet, easy to use and cheap. but I have to be honest it got room for improvement. I would love to see more power and battery life could be better as at times while cleaning you feel the lake of power. I loved being able to clean without having to worry about plugs and wrangling with a cord. In the end, it’s a good vacuum that worth the money.
