The Feiyu Tech G6 plus comes in a very nice hard-case. The gimbal fits in really nice and you won’t damage it while traveling or transporting. There’s a room for a couple more things, like a battery and some cables. Feiyu Tech did not forget to put a carry handle so it would easy to carry.
They only issue I had with the case is, after setting up the gimbal you won’t be able to put it back as it fits in the cutouts and any changes you make won’t let you put it back in. You will have to adjust it every-time before using it. Other than that, I really like the case as most mid-level gimbals get this kind of quality cases.
The Feiyu Tech G6 Plus comes with a 5000mAh Lithium-Ion battery that provides power to the camera and itself, ensuring uninterrupted shooting times. The battery should hold up to 12 hours and I managed to pull 7-10 hours depending on the use. Charging Time is around 3 hours and the charging cable is also provided.
The FeiyuTech G6 Plus weighs only 663g and the Payload is 800g/1.75lb and it beats everyone gimbal on his category. You can use video cams like Sony RX100 / Sony a6300 / Sony a6500 / Canon M10, etc. The only thing you need to remember is the max recommended weight of 1.75lb. Using the adapter provided you can fit smartphones, just remember the width of the smartphone should be 54-87mm.
If your a GoPro or Sony RX0 action camera user, you can enjoy this gimbal as-well.
G6 Plus Structure
I want to point out that the build quality is amazing, the grip has a nice rubbery coating, the motors are nice and silent, the materials used are top of the line and FeiyuTech really knows what they are doing!
Reading online you will often find people say that the FeiyuTechG6 plus Gimbal is the best in the industry, might be true when you look at the specs and performance. You’re able to shoot during rainy conditions and capturing amazing moments but let’s not forget its only Splash-proof and you cant use it in on heavy rain. one of the features I really like is the rotation capabilities as it can be turned up to 360 degrees.
On the lower part, you will find a 1/4-inch threaded hole that is compatible with all photographic equipment accessories with 1/4-inch thread on the market.
You will be able to put in on every tripod you want and on most of the photographic types of equipment out there.
On the front, we have a small Low-power OLED Screen that displays the parameters of gimbal and camera, the current operating mode, the battery level, Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi connectivity and more. Its a really nice feature as most of the gimbals out there, miss this option.
One good thing is, your able to see your battery life status and you know when you run out of battery.
The Gimbal has Wifi and Bluetooth dual module connection and by connecting to WiFi the G6Plus can control the camera to adjust the focus, switch the shooting mode, select the resolution and more.
The G6Plus has a very interesting and useful “Ring”, its basically an Original multifunction “Magic Focus Ring” that with its help you can: Control the zoom of the camera, Control the follow focus of the camera, Precisely control the pan-tilt three axes, Function mode control and more.
Let us not forget that we can use FeiyuTech G6 plus as a power bank and charge our electronic devices, how cool is that?
I personally used it as a power bank several times and it was a lifesaver.

My Opinion
If you love and enjoy taking photos and shooting videos, and wants to produce quality videos and pictures, The FeiyuTechG6 plus Gimbal is the device they definitely should try to use. It’s smooth and precise and does everything it supposed to do. I took it with me for 1 month of traveling and once you understand how everything works, I really enjoyed it and my video shooting quality improved by a lot. I would definitely recommend the FeiyuTechG6 plus Gimbal, quality, stabilization, and reasonable price!
